  36. Clubs are granted permission to use the material on the 2nd disk in back issues of CEE-64 ALIVE! in their newsletter or club disk provided the material is unchanged and credited to CEE-64 Alive!.

  38. This agreement does not include any material on the subscription disk. All material on the subscription disk or second disk remains copyrighted by CEE-64 Alive! or the individual authors.

  40. LICENSE TERMS

  43. Computer Clubs and Special Interest Groups are offered a per volume license to reproduce and distribute a volume of CEE-64 Alive! Disk Magazine back issues to their members under the following terms:

  45. Advance license fees are to reproduce and distribute magazine editions to up to 50 club members.  Once the club has reproduced and distributed the magazine editions to 50 members, additional fees of $1.00 PER edition reproduced are to be paid to CEE-64 Alive! upon distribution.

  47. Clubs / User Groups will use the license to distribute to their members only! No club is authorized to distribute to non-members.
